Mysto & Pizzi Beatmaking Live @ OpenLabs Day 3 (final)
Hey guys here is the final installment in the OpenLabs live broadcast videos. This was our last day @ Austin Texas, couple hours before our flight. We decided to just do an uptempo club/pop/urban type track just to deviate from what we have already done in day 1 and 2. We kept it simple and straight to the point, so check it out and enjoy. We just wanted to thank OpenLabs once again for giving us the opportunity and wonderful experience @ the broadcast and Austin in general, we had a great time. ok, believe what you wanna believe, but not everybody can just put together different instruments and making it sound nice. I produce myself and play the piano since i were 9 years old, and i’m just saying that you still need musical skillz to produce a beat in which the different instruments go together well and have a nice harmony.They’re not Rachmaninoff or Chopin like, but still i think they’re good producers.That’s all i’m saying, and the neko didn’t do all the work for them.

Look kid my comment is mine I am from the old skool with mines. I love acoustic instruments and I don’t have a problem with new technology but it does stunt growth and creativity. Open Labs is a trend for now but we will see how long they last. you guys are a good production duo but I come from the Gamble and Huff era, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and Babyface and LA Reid. Nice beats. Computer software is the future in music along with real instruments if they are available to you. Funny how Jahbril30 is coming in here saying that this type of music on this type of equipment stunts growth, but is quick to say he comes from the old school. So I guess you only think that music from back in the days that you idolize so much which was great music ALSO is what it should sound like today? How is that growth? You are witnessing the evolution in music. Dont sleep on it.

NO disrespect but i feel pizzi’s name shud b first, after all he dus all the work. i bet that he can make his own drum loops and then work his magic on the melodies…i personally think that he doesnt need mysto unless mysto is the studio man ( mixes and masters the beats), but that is just MY opinion, but i still love there beats

my friend has the smaller one I think its called the Neko. Paid a huge amount of money for it and all he uses is Logic studio 8 sounds. Its a big hype waste of money. Just looks pretty
