One thing I’ve noticed, and this may sound weird but hear me out. Pizzi definitely has piano/keyboard fingers. What I mean by that is that his fingers are nimble, thin, and flexible enough to fit the keys properly, stretch out, and be accurate. As a result he has such flawless playing. I for example have fat, useless fingers that can barely type, so I don’t really play the piano very well.

It comes with practice, man. I’m no keyboard player (I play bass) but I’ve seen enough keyboard players to know its not how well your finger fit the ‘board it’s how well you make ‘em fit. Plenty of sausage fingered guys out there that can make a piano sing, ya’ just gotta work at it.
